Very bad experience with international immigration consultant, Delhi, I got a call from their team and offered me a good job, accommodation, free insurance and interactive packages. This was totally tippled whatever I was getting. So I gave them a positive response but now all the things are not same as beginning. I am frustrated!

I have approached Kansus Overseas Careers for PR visa migration to Australia, after required basic evaluation, i am update as eligible for further process and i am instructed to transfer the funds creating an emergency of expiry of discount link. Hence i have transferred the funds.
Later i am asked to furnish the documents which are never discussed with me, and neither the documents are possible by me to attain.
without rendering any services, Kansus Overseas Careers is not refunding back my money. this creating a lot of anxiety and mental torture from them.
I have written more than 50 mails with 20 reminders since 5 months.
Seek your help to get me a justice.

I had registered with overseas advisers private limited during april 2016 and I had paid full payment of Rs 58000, post which this company representatives stopped responding to my calls and mails.
all of the sudden, after 2 months they have a sent case termination notice, I was never given any assistance after payment to them and soon after payment they stopped taking my calls.
this is a fraud company, once you made payment they will never pick your calls and never guide.

They are fraud………..and cheaters. I think these words are small to describe them. They are only there to lap the money as before you pay money they will show you rome but once you paid the money they will be ask who are you?.
I started my case for Australia pr from there delhi office and paid Rs 1000 initially for the assesment test and than wile starting the case i paid rs 10000 to rama madan as she said that you start the process with this amount and rest will pay in 15 days which i said ok as she said that today being the last day of the month you will get the discount and she will be able to achive the target and paying the amount your process will start so i paid the amount with credit card as i had gone there for discussion but she said you start the process and dont waste.
once the money was paid she completely changed and when i called her up after 5 days that my process has not started and havent got any link so she readily said that you havent paid the full amount so it cant be started for which i confrinted her than a link came to download the certifiactes and a call was arrranged from hyderabad which i attended and downloaded the documents and to my horror my original docements got rejected for which i called her again ad asked why my original documents got rejected and again she siad that you havent paid the amount so your documents got rejected. everything she was relating to money without giving proper answer and than i reminded her that it was deal between while signing the contract that i will pay rs 1000 now and rest after 15 days and there are still 5 dyas to for that and as promised will pay the amount but atleast start the process as said for which she clearly denied and said it cant be started unless you pay.
I asked her that i am loosing confidence in her and asked her to give the number of some senior persin in hyderabad head office which she denied to give and than by my own means somehow got conncted to their main office and expained my griveances to mr vinay and mr vivek who called themselves a griveance manager and explained my case to them but they only said sorry and siad we will take strict action against the sales manager internally but cant share with you tje action.
but when i said that i have lost confidence in your working they said that they cant do anyhing and your money is gone and by the way in meantime ms rama madan again called up and said to make the payment or you will loose your Rs 10000.
so when i asked the people from head office in hyderabad that i wnat to speak to the chairman or the head of opulentus to explain the things that what has happened to me should not happento others and wheather he knows what is happening to clients in his organisation they simply denied.
I have lost my hard earned money to them but i am writiing this so that someone else can get save from their fraud and their lurch for money.
i even suggested them to change my process and start for some other country with some good sales representativ but they simply refused making me believe there only purpose is to bottle up my Rs 10000 and nothing else.

Pragati is number one fraud pls do not believe it.
I enrolled in September 2016 they got 75000 + 11000(for IELTS). They are still not arranging for my IELTS, in the beginning they said so many things but now all mobile numbers are switched off.
I don’t know who to contact to proceed with refund.

We are Non Governmental Organisation. We come to know that some of the consultancies are selling their services on the name of QMAS Visa for Job in Hong Kong. Although they know that visa application for QMAS visa is going to be rejected. Most of these consultancies who are posting job and give assurance of hundred percent job assistance actually do not have any contract with any employment agencies in Hong Kong. They post jobs just to induce innocent middle class family who dream of foreign jobs. They already knew that QMAS visa is next to impossible for Indians. I have approached them about one and half years back for career consulting. Lot of changes and case manager got changed and i am confused on how to get hold them. Most of them vanished over the period of time.
I have been trying to reach them for long back days and it has been six months now. I cant reach them by mail or phone. I am so sad that my money have been gone vain. And they will not allow us to bring medicine even if it’s sealed and with a bill. For patients in Icu they provide paper cups that have chemical Printing on these. With so much they charge for the facility they cannot provide borosil or glass for water.

i am jaswinder singh from hosiarpur and doing job at mohali punjab. Last year 21-03-2015 am apply for work permit visa throw EUROPEAN OVERSEAS SERVICES PVT LTD, Sco-16A First Floor, Surya Shoping Arcade, Ghumaar Mandi Ludhiana. There is a person Name Kanwaljit kaur she is dealing in my case and the ankther person name Reena. Kanwaljit kaur told me that we have two option for gurrante first one is security check of one lakh indian rupess and other is aggrement between us. So i accept the security check of kne lakh rupess. And they give me a 5-6 month before check. And also paid a one lakh rupess for my file. She told me the case take only 4-5 month process upto visa. Then 5-6 month goes and she is just told me take some more and more time everytime and then iin JAN 2017 she saud there is something chnage in Visa Terms and condition we are not able to do anything. Then i tell her pls refund my amount. Then she send me the Refund Form nd am filli and send her on email and she said refund will be in the 20-25 days. From Jan 2017 to till now. They are just giving me a dates no refund. Please do a needfull action about this.

Liar – Cheater – Fraud, these are the three words describe WWICS as a company and its team.
They lie during customer acquisition (They say they will give PR in 8-10 months, but I am struggling for last 2 years) they cheat with your money (they syphoned your money and do not give you service, do not receive phone calls, do not respond to your emails. You need to take a new no to follow up with them always) and do tremendous miscommitments and they are fraud in terms of syphoned your hard earned money and making profit out of it.
The have certain rules in running their offices and that is applicable only for the existing clients (Who have paid their hard earned money to them, and they bullied the customers) –
I, the undersigned, have been trapped by wwics Kolkata Branch (Mr. Sumit) and he has committed me that within 8-10 months they will provide PR to Australia, and taken the payout of one lakh rupees in July 2015. As per their commitments I should have got the PR by March 2016. But it is amazingly surprised that they do not process the file, and kept in his (Sumit) drawers’ until I visit his branch and show him where he kept my file. After that they lost my documents and again and again asked me to visit their branches and taken time for that. They took 1.5 years to complete my documentations and proceed for filling.
One of their employees Ms. Granthana has confirmed me that there shall be no extra charges if I am paying the amount in Credit card (If I am out of station), but without my permission she has given the credit card details to the agency when I was present in Kolkata and made the DD from Bank. She had assured me that there shall not be any extra charges for the same, but when I go my Credit card statement I saw Rs. 4000/= has been taken extra as charges. There are numerous numbers of miss commitments and wrong information given by them.
Ultimately I got my clearance in April 2016. And I have given my IELTS has come in July’16. Post that they again took almost a year to process my file for Northern territory. Every time they feel some or the other documents are not proper, and they took 7 months on the sake of documentations, and after then during filing they just again stopped communication.
Today on 4th May’2017 when I tried to reach their zonal office no, one executive said everyone is on leave and they are not available over phone and email. I called up Debanjana , and she said that Aus Govt has changed the rule and my Job Id (HR Advisor) is not any more in their list. If I would not have called her, I was in a notion that my file is in prcess, there is not a single communication from their end. Moreover, I have written an email to their regional head Mr. Ratan Mishra and their legal team on 26th April followed by a reminder mail on 29th April, but till date there is no response.
I feel depressed and cheated as I have paid my hard earned money and my career to them. Not only I a depressed by the said issue , their tremendous level of negligence & miss commitments and going through a mental agony I have been harassed and my hard earned money has been syphoned from my account. This is probably my last plea to the honorable consumer court as I have lost all hope from them. Thus pray for justice in the honorable forum.
